Algorhythm (RIME) said Tuesday it has named Alex Andre as its chief financial officer.
Andre served as finance chief for various private companies over the last 18 years, most recently as cfo of Lemnature AquaFarms, the company said.
Shares were 5.5% higher in recent premarket activity.
