China Industrial Securities International Financial Group (HKG:6058) unit CISI Investment acquired $12.2 million of perpetual securities from the open market for nearly $12.1 million, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The bonds make up part of a $500 million perpetual security issue by CCCI Treasure.
The securities broker made the purchase for investment purposes.
