Bharti Airtel (NSE:BHARTIARTL, BSE:532454) said it has landed the Southeast Asia-Middle East-West Europe 6 (SEA-ME-WE 6) submarine cable in Chennai, India, according to a Monday release filed with the Indian exchanges.

The 21,700 Rkm cable system, deployed by SubCom, connects India to Singapore and France via Egypt through terrestrial cables, the company said in the release.
