Suxin Joyful Life Services (HKG:2152) agreed to acquire a 51% equity stake in Lianyungang Port Maintenance Engineering from Lianyungang Port for 23.8 million yuan, a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

The acquisition will facilitate the company's expansion into the Jiangsu province market, it said.

The target firm engages mainly in the business of city services such as sanitation and cleaning, greening construction, and minor repairs.
