Bromat Holdings (SGX:9I7) received a letter of demand from PrimePartners Corporate Finance in relation to an outstanding continuing sponsorship fee of SG$72,140 and SG$6,825 being the the interest of the outstnaidng fee, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

The total outstanding fee is to be paid within seven days from the date of the letter.

The sum has been accounted for in the group's financial statements for the three months ended Dec. 31, 2024.
