ANZ Group Holdings (ASX:ANZ, NZE:ANZ) has renewed its seven-year transaction banking partnership with the New South Wales Government, continuing to process nearly 150 million transactions annually, according to a Friday statement.

The deal supports the government's AU$216 billion in annual transactions, including payrolls and AU$40 billion in supplier payments, the statement said.

The partnership is also key to advancing the NSW Government's digital transformation, aimed at improving efficiency, security, and the movement of goods and capital across the region, the statement added.
