Lendlease Group (ASX:LLC) reported Monday that it returned to earnings of AU$0.70 per diluted security, compared to a loss of AU$0.197 per diluted share a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected AU$0.20.

Revenue from contracts with customers fell to AU$4.46 billion from AU$4.84 billion year on year. Analysts' consensus as surveyed by FactSet were expecting AU$5.89 billion in sales revenue.

The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.06 per share, unchanged from the previously reported period, payable March 12 to shareholders on record as of Feb. 24.
