Samvardhana Motherson International (NSE:MOTHERSON, BOM:517334) recorded a rise in its consolidated attributable net profit to 8.79 billion Indian rupees in the fiscal third quarter ended Dec. 31, 2024, against 5.42 billion rupees a year ago.
Earnings per share came in at 1.25 rupees compared with the year-ago figure of 0.80 rupees, according to a Friday filing to the Indian stock exchanges by the auto components manufacturer. The EPS was in line with the 1.25 rupees estimated by the analysts polled by Visible Alpha.
Revenue from operations in fiscal Q3 also increased to 276.7 billion rupees from 256.4 billion rupees a year earlier.
