OUE (SGX:LJ3) is expected to book a loss attributable to shareholders for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024, against a profit attributable of SG$81.1 million logged in 2023, according to a Firday filing with the Singapore bourse.
The company has attributed the downbeat forecast to losses incurred by its equity-accounted investees, and overall net fair value losses in investment properties of around SG$79 million.
The company is expected to release its financial results on or before Feb. 28.
