HL Global Enterprises (SGX:AVX) struck off its Malaysia-incorproated wholly owned subsidiary during the second half of 2024, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

The subsidiary, Equality Hotel Management, had not been in operation since January 2019 and had no intention to resume its business.
