Future World Holdings (HKG:0572) issued 23,188,310 shares to Chu Yuk Shun Joseph at HK$0.60 apiece, totaling HK$13.9 million, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.

The subscriber settled the total subscription price by setting it off against an outstanding amount under a promissory bond issued by the company in favor of the subscriber on July 31, 2024.

After the issuance, the subscriber's holding in the company increased to 16.12% from 8.50%.
