Meta Platforms (META) said in a regulatory filing late Thursday that it has increased the target bonus for each of the company's executive officers, other than its chief executive, to 200% of base salary from 75%, effective beginning with the 2025 annual performance period.
The social media company said it found that the target total cash compensation for its named executive officers was at or below the 15th percentile of executives holding similar positions at peer companies.
Following the increase, the total cash compensation falls at about the 50th percentile, the company said.
META shares were 0.7% higher in recent premarket activity.
