Flowers Foods (FLO) said Friday it has completed its acquisition of Simple Mills, a producer of crackers, cookies, snack bars, and baking mixes.

The company previously said it agreed to acquire Simple Mills for $795 million in cash from Katlin Smith, Simple Mills management, Vestar Capital Partners, and initial angel investors.

Flowers Foods also said in January it expects the acquisition to be immediately accretive to net sales and to earnings per share in 2026.

FLO shares were up 0.4% in recent premarket activity.
