China CITIC Bank (HKG:0998, SHA:601998) plans to raise the capital of its subsidiary, CITIC Financial Leasing, by 3 billion yuan, according to a Shanghai Stock Exchange disclosure on Thursday.
After the completion of the capital increase, the financial leasing subsidiary's registered capital will rise to 10 billion yuan from 4 billion yuan.
The lender will retain its 100% shareholding in CITIC Financial Leasing after the transaction, the filing said.
