Q & M Dental's Arbitration Victory Confirmed by Malaysian Court

Q & M Dental Group (Singapore) (SGX:QC7) said the High Court of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur has recognized and enforced an arbitration award in favor of its Malaysian unit, Q & M Dental Group (Malaysia), in a dispute with minority shareholders of AR Dental and Pride Access, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The court dismissed an application by the defendants to set aside the enforcement order and directed them to pay 20,000 ringgit in costs.

The defendants have lodged an appeal with Malaysia's Court of Appeal.
