Venture's Attributable Profit Declines Nearly 7% in H2 2024

Venture's (SGX:V03) attributable profit to owners of the company declined 6.6% in the second half of 2024 to SG$121.4 million from SG$130.0 million a year earlier, according to a late filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

Earnings per share dropped to SG$0.418 compared with SG$0.446 in the comparable period.

Revenue declined 6.3% year over year to SG$1.35 billion from SG$1.44 billion, as customer demand decreased.

The board declared an interim dividend of SG$0.25 per share and proposed a final dividend of SG$0.50 per share, which will be paid on May 19.
