Megachem (SGX:5DS) booked a net attributable profit to equity holders of SG$5.9 million for the second half of 2024, rebounding from an attributable loss of SG$6.7 million a year earlier.

The chemicals company's earnings per share came in at SG$0.0443, compared with a loss per share of SG$0.0504 a year prior, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Revenue was up 2.2% year over year to SG$63.7 million from SG$62.3 million, mainly due to strong sales across North Asia and ASEAN markets.

The directors recommended a final dividend of SG$0.005 per share for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024.
