Chevron (CVX) said Monday it is consolidating its oil, products & gas organization into two segments: upstream and downstream, midstream & chemicals.
The company has named Clay Neff as president of the upstream segment, effective July 1, while Andy Walz will continue as president of the downstream, midstream & chemicals segment, the energy giant said.
Chevron said that Mark Nelson will remain as vice chairman of oil, products & gas.
