Trendzon Holdings Group (HKG:1865) plans to raise about HK$5.6 million through a subscription of 28,336,000 new shares, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The shares will be issued at a subscription price of HK$0.20 per share. After the issue, the new shares will account for about 3.85% of the total issued share capital of the company as enlarged by the allotment and issue of the subscription shares.
The net proceeds will be used for the repayment of liabilities and replenishment of the general working capital of the group.
