Bapcor (ASX:BAP) reported Wednesday that its earnings per diluted share in the fiscal first half fell to AU$0.1192 from AU$0.1371 per diluted share a year earlier.
Analysts polled by Visible Alpha were expecting an EPS of AU$0.131.
Revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2024, was AU$1.01 billion, down slightly from AU$1.02 billion in the same period a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by Visible Alpha expected AU$1.03 billion.
The automotive aftermarket parts distributor expects to reach the upper end of its AU$20 million to AU$30 million cost savings target for fiscal 2025.
The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.08 per share, down from AU$0.095 a year earlier, payable on April 3 to shareholders on record as of March 14.
