Keppel (SGX:BN4) granted 4.4 million shares under its 2020 Restricted Share Plan, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The shares, awarded on Feb. 25, will vest in equal portions over three years through 2027. Of the total, 4 million shares were allocated to group employees, while 325,859 shares were granted to directors.
