Top Glove (SGX:BVA, KLSE:TOPGLOV) issued a total of 149,000 shares under its employee stock option scheme, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.

The company issued 46,500 shares at 0.881 ringgit per share, 10,600 shares at 0.894 ringgit each, 26,700 shares at 0.917 ringgit apiece, and 65,200 shares at 0.994 per share.

The issued shares will be listed on Feb. 25, the filing said.
