Banyan Tree's (SGX:B58) attributable profit for the second half of 2024 surged 17% to SG$35.9 million from SG$30.7 million a year earlier, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
Earnings per share rose to SG$0.0413 compared with SG$0.0354 in the comparable period.
Revenue was up 9% year over year to SG$200.9 million from SG$184.2 million, due to higher performance from hotel investments and fee-based segments.
Shares of the company were up over 1% in recent trading.
