Venture (SGX:V03) repurchased 100,700 shares at SG$12.89 each, totaling SG$1.3 million, through a market acquisition on Monday, according to a same-day filing on the Singapore Stock Exchange.

The technology solutions provider has now repurchased 1.34 million shares under its current mandate, representing 0.463% of issued shares.

The company's issued share capital stands at 288.87 million shares, excluding treasury stock.
