Fonterra Shareholders Fund (ASX:FSF, NZE:FSF) said FSF Management Company secured approval from the Australian Securities Exchange for the company to be suspended from quotation on the ASX at the close of trading on Tuesday, according to a same-day filing with the Australian bourse.
Following compliance with the conditions for delisting, the company plans to be removed from the ASX at the close of trading on Thursday, the filing said.
Units held on the ASX will be automatically transferred to New Zealand's Exchange, according to the filing.
Shares rose nearly 2% in morning trade Tuesday in Australia and were down almost 2% in New Zealand.
