Ho Bee Land (SGX:H13) booked a profit attributable to owners of SG$100.7 million during the second half of 2024, against an attributable loss of SG$104.1 million a year earlier, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
Earnings per share came in at SG$0.1517, compared with a loss per share of SG$0.1568 in the comparable period.
Revenue rose 3% year over year to SG$298.0 million from SG$289.4 million, as sales for residential development projects increased.
The real estate company recommended a final cash dividend of SG$0.04 per share for the 12 months ended Dec. 31, 2024, payable on May 23.
