Restaurant Brands New Zealand (ASX:RBD, NZE:RBD) reported Thursday fiscal 2024 earnings of NZ$0.2126 per diluted share, up from NZ$0.1304 per diluted share a year earlier.
Analysts polled by Visible Alpha expected EPS of NZ$0.217.
Revenue for the 12 months ended Dec. 31, 2024, was NZ$1.47 billion, compared with NZ$1.4 billion a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by Visible Alpha expected revenue of NZ$1.46 billion.
The company did not report a fiscal 2025 guidance, due to "ongoing economic volatility in the markets." Analysts polled by Visible Alpha expect earnings of NZ$0.286 per diluted share on revenue of NZ$1.54 billion.
The board did not deem it appropriate to declare a final dividend for the period, citing the demands of the store development program as well as the ongoing cost of living pressures on consumer spending.
