China Conch Environment Unit Renews Cement Kiln Deal with CNBM

China Conch Environment Protection Holdings (HKG:0587) subsidiary Haizhong Environmental will continue to tap China National Building Material or CNBM (HKG:3323) to supply it with cement kiln co-treatment services and related supporting services for another three years.

The parties renewed their agreement following its expiry on Dec. 31, 2024, a Monday bourse filing said.

The new term started on Jan. 1, 2025, and expires on Dec. 31, 2027.

The annual caps for the fees to be incurred under the renewed agreement are 50 million yuan for 2025, 51 million yuan for 2026, and 53 million yuan for 2027.
