Scentre Group (ASX:SCG) reported Wednesday that its funds from operations per security in 2024 rose to AU$0.2182 from the prior year's AU$0.2111.

Analysts polled by Visible Alpha were expecting an FFO of AU$0.22.

Earnings per diluted share during the year rose to AU$0.2013 from AU$0.0336 per diluted share a year earlier. The average analyst estimate as compiled by Visible Alpha was AU$0.201.

Total revenue for the 12 months ended Dec. 31, 2024, was AU$2.64 billion, up from AU$2.51 billion in the same period a year earlier.

The property manager expects an FFO of AU$0.2275 per security in 2025. Analysts polled by Visible Alpha expect AU$0.231.

The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.172 per share, up 3.8% from a year earlier, payable on Feb. 28 to shareholders on record as of Feb. 14.
