Vista Group International (ASX:VGL, NZE:VGL) said Matt Cawte resigned as chief financial officer and will be succeeded by Matt Thompson, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The role transition will be complete by March 31, the filing added.
Thompson, a chartered accountant with 20 years of financial experience, is the company's current global head of finance, per the filing.
The company's shares rose past 7% in recent Friday trade in New Zealand, hitting their highest since November 2019.
