Hatsun Agro Product (NSE:HATSUN, BOM:531531) acquired 11,952 equity shares of Milk Mantra Dairy for 3.5 million Indian rupees on Monday, increasing its stake in the stake, according to a same-day disclosure with the Indian exchanges.

To date, Hatsun Agro has purchased 3.1 million shares and 1.61 million preference shares of Milk Mantra for 2.32 billion rupees, bringing its total holding to 98.65%, the disclosure stated.
