CapitaLand Ascott Trust (SGX: HMN) issued 15.2 million stapled securities at SG$0.8708 each as partial payment for management fees, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The securities were allocated to Somerset Capital, a CapitaLand Investment subsidiary, covering base and performance fees for 2024. The move increased CapitaLand Investment's stake in the trust to 24.34% from 24.04%.
