Opthea (ASX:OPT) reported Friday that its loss per diluted share in the fiscal first half narrowed to $0.108 from $0.172 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by Visible Alpha were expecting a loss of $0.14 per diluted share.
Total revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2024, was $149,000, down from $202,000 in the same period a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by Visible Alpha expected $100,000.
Company shares were down 2% in recent Friday trade.
