IHH Healthcare (SGX:Q0F, KLSE:IHH) issued 127,000 shares pursuant to exercise of options under its various enterprise option schemes, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Monday.

The company issued 38,000 shares at 5.67 ringgit per share, 12,000 shares at 6.02 ringgit each, 27,000 shares at 5.79 ringgit apiece, 30,000 shares at 5.92 ringgit per share, and 20,000 shares at 5.87 ringgit each.

All the shares will be listed on Feb. 25, the filing said.
