First Sponsor's (SGX:ADN) attributable profit to equity holders surged to SG$81.1 million during the second half of the year from SG$1.9 million a year earlier, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
Earnings per share rose to SG$0.0653 compared with SG$0.0016 in the comparable period.
Revenue meanwhile, declined to SG$144.7 million from SG$147.0 million a year earlier, due to a decline in rental income.
