Melco International Development's (HKG:0200) subsidiary Melco Resorts & Entertainment is evaluating potential strategic alternatives for City of Dreams Manila, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
It has appointed CBRE Capital Advisors and Moelis & Company as financial advisors. The company emphasized that there is no transaction guarantee and will provide updates only if necessary.
Melco Resorts operates integrated resorts in Asia and Europe and is listed on Nasdaq.
