Autagco (SGX:1D3) said it has fully utilized the SG$136,000 net proceeds from its share subscription, with funds allocated to business expansion and general working capital, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The Singapore-based firm said SG$77,000 was spent on leasing and renovating an assisted living facility, marketing, and supporting Communa Gold.
The remaining SG$59,000 covered professional fees, payroll, and operating expenses, including support for SFK, TGB, and its Malaysian subsidiary.
