Mencast Holdings (SGX:5NF) has incorporated Mencast Environment, a wholly-owned subsidiary in Singapore focused on waste collection, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The new unit, established under Mencast Offshore & Marine, has an issued and paid-up share capital of SG$100,000. Executive director Wong Boon Huat and Peng Jiande, a director at Mencast Offshore & Marine, will serve as directors.
