1459 ET - Natural gas futures pull back with temperatures rising across the U.S. and forecasts for early March not as cold as before. "With peak winter very likely in the rear view, near-term fundamental risks are reduced," Andy Huenefeld of Pinebrook Energy Advisors says in a note. But a growing storage deficit and record LNG exports are likely to keep a floor under prices "and leave some level of upside risk on the table," he adds. Nymex for March delivery settles down 5.7% at $3.994/mmBtu ahead of Wednesday's expiration, and the April contract falls 3.6% to $3.982. (anthony.harrup@wsj.com)
