bioAffinity Technologies (BIAF) said Wednesday it raised $1.4 million after four investors agreed to exchange their warrants for shares in the company.
The warrants were exercised for 2,438,473 shares at $0.58 each.
In exchange, the company said it issued new warrants to buy up to 2,926,166 shares at $0.85 per share, subject to stockholder approval.
Shares of bioAffinity Technologies were down over 9% in recent trading.
