Constellation Brands (STZ) shares were up about 2% in recent trading Monday after a recent regulatory filing revealed that Berkshire Hathaway (BRK.A) owns a $1.24 billion stake in the company.
Berkshire Hathaway owns 5.6 million shares in Constellation as of 2024, according to Form 13F filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Nearly 2.6 million shares changed hands against an average daily volume of 2.3 million.
