Woodside Energy (ASX:WDS) reported Tuesday that its earnings per diluted share in 2024 rose to $1.869 from $0.869 per diluted share a year earlier.
Analysts polled by Visible Alpha were expecting an EPS of $1.70.
Operating revenue for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024, was $13.18 billion, down from $14 billion in the same period a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by Visible Alpha expected $13.31 billion.
The oil and gas firm expects to produce 186 million to 196 million barrels of oil equivalent for 2025.
The board declared an interim dividend of $0.53 per share, down from $0.60 in the previous corresponding period, payable on April 2 to shareholders on record as of March 7.
