Green Heron Partners Announces the Formation of Bison Infrastructure Services and Subsequent Acquisitions of QP Services and Iron Woman Logistics Services

HOUSTON and DENVER, Feb. 24, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Green Heron Partners (Green Heron), an operationally-focused lower middle market private equity firm, is pleased to announce the formation of Bison Infrastructure Services (Bison), a new platform focused on providing various support services for owners and operators of water, utility, and civil infrastructure.

Bison is pleased to announce the acquisition of QP Services (QP), a leading provider of inspection, repair, and maintenance services for critical water infrastructure and Iron Woman Logistics Services (IW Logistics), a leader in aggregates management, transportation services, asphalt patching, and material handling for the civil and water infrastructure end markets, as well as a value-added provider of solid waste and recycling services. QP and IW Logistics were acquired from Iron Woman Partners (Iron Woman), a leading provider of civil, utilities, environmental, and mining services across the Mountain West. Shaun Egan, founder and CEO of Iron Woman, and Steve Burns, President of Iron Woman, will serve as Co-Executive Chairmen of Bison and retain a significant ownership position in the platform.
