Aayush Wellness (BOM:539528) has declared an interim dividend of 0.01 rupees per equity share having face value of 1 rupee each for the fiscal third quarter ended Dec. 31, 2024, according to a Tuesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.

The company's board has fixed March 3 as a record date to determine the eligible members entitled to the interim dividend to be paid by March 26.

Shares of the company were up nearly 5% in recent trade.
