The Bosques De Las Lomas, Mexico-based company said it had net income of $5.48 per share.

The results fell short of Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of $5.54 per share.

The airport facilities manager posted revenue of $449.4 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $769.7 million, or $21.73 per share. Revenue was reported as $1.72 billion.

Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste shares have risen 5% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $270.40, a decrease of 10% in the last 12 months.
