Energy Metals Increases Uranium Content of Northern Territory Project's Mineral Resource

Energy Metals (ASX:EME) said it updated the mineral resource estimate for the Bigrlyi uranium project in the Northern Territory to include results from drilling carried out in 2024, with the overall uranium content rising by 12% to 10,900 tonnes of triuranium octoxide, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The revised uranium resource stands at 7.94 million tonnes at an average grade of 1,370 parts-per-million for 10.9 thousand tonnes contained triuranium octoxide, with the estimate comprising 20% measured resource, 49% indicated resource, and 31% inferred resource.

The firm completed a reverse circulation and diamond drilling campaign of over 11,055 meters in the third quarter of 2024.
