SOSiLA Logistics REIT (TYO:2979) has concluded interest rate swap agreements with Mizuho Bank for its recent borrowings totaling 4.62 billion yen, according to it Wednesday filing.
The agreements cover notional principals of 2.01 billion yen, 1.81 billion yen, and 800 million yen, with fixed interest rates of 1.52950%, 1.47900%, and 1.73100%, respectively.
The swaps commence on Feb. 28, and end between 2031 and 2033. Interest payments begin on May 30, and occur semi-annually or quarterly, depending on the agreement.
