Dynamic Holdings (HKG:0029) expects a net loss attributable to shareholders of HK$42 million for the fiscal first half ended Dec. 31, 2024, against a net profit of HK$5.37 billion from a year ago, a Wednesday bourse filing said.

The investment holding and property development company attributed the expected swing to the initial recognition of a one-off fair value gain from a certain land parcel distributed to the group by a joint venture.
