Outfront Media (OUT) reported Q4 net income late Tuesday of $0.43 per share, up from $0.36 a year earlier.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $493.2 million, down from $501.2 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $490.3 million.

The company's board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share, payable March 31 to shareholders of record at the close of business March 7.
