Praemium (ASX:PPS) said Chief Financial Officer David Coulter resigned from the company, effective March 7, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Coulter will continue to provide investor relationship services to the company on a consulting basis, the filing said.

The company will appoint an interim chief financial officer shortly, according to the filing.

Shares were down 14% in midday trade Tuesday.
